Our story

About us — Cam On Cafe

We are a cafe and coffee workshop in Hue. In 1.5 hours you brew four Vietnamese coffees yourself, hear where each one comes from, and leave with a recipe booklet so you can make them again at home.

Why we keep the classes small

Brewing is something you learn with your hands, not by watching. Small groups mean the instructor can stand next to you while you pack the phin, adjust the pour, and taste what went wrong before you try again.

Three chapters: the story first, then your hands on the phin, then the part where you sit down and drink what you made.
